15 Minutes and Stash Report Sunday

For the second week in a row, my stash usage for the week was 1/2 yard. This time the fabric was used to make two yellow/gold Scraptastic Star blocks for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. No fabric was added to the stash! I'm working on quilting two different projects and look forward to reporting some bigger numbers in the outgoing total soon.

Used last week:                 0.50 yards
Used year to date:            18.75 yards
Added last week:                 0.0 yards
Added year to date:            5.50 yards
Net used year to date:   13.25 yards

Kate's 15 Minutes to Stitch challenge at Life in Pieces has us tracking how many days each week we get in at least 15 minutes of quilting time. It was another good week with quilting time every single day!

15 Minute Challenge:
4/15 - 4/21             7 of 7 days
2018 Total       107 of 111 days

  1. I like those, in both sizes.

  2. Your Scrappy Stars are beautiful. It's going to be another beautiful rainbow quilt at the end of the year.

  3. I've had a couple slow weeks too, but I love your blocks.

  4. You've done GREAT on the 15 minute challenge, I think! These are beautiful blocks, and i've just been admiring that pattern and downloaded it myself. I like the idea, and I'm going to use the 2.5" squares for it. It might even become a leader-ender later this fall! I think you have more and brighter yellows than I, so I might not have a yellow star in mine!
