15 Minute Challenge 10/15/13

Last weekend included some good chunks of time for me to quilt, and I spent most of it prepping/cutting for my ongoing scrappy projects, plus made a start on the new pattern that I am testing, Honey Honey. I need to keep pushing ahead on that because we have a deadline of Oct. 24th. I am currently halfway done.

It was another good week, with 7 out of 7 days where I found at least 15 minutes for quilting. Most days include more than one project because I hand stitch hexies on the train to work,  and then I sew a different project on my machine in the evening or on the weekend.

  1. Wow! Another great week! I really like Honey, Honey. The color is great and that pattern is fun. Is it hard to piece?

    1. I wouldn't say it is difficult, but it is slow going. It is foundation piecing, and I think I counted 44 pieces per block. Love the way it looks though!
