15 Minute Challenge 10/1/13

How in the world did it get to be October! It is really feeling like fall, although we haven't seen many leaves that have changed around here yet. It's time for me to get serious about any Christmas gifts I want to make this year.

There weren't any big chunks of time for quilting in the last week, but I did manage to sew for at least a little while every day. After I finished my Scrap Hexies star, I pulled out another hexie project that I had started last year. I also spent some time on a gift (more on that later!) and I finished the binding on a baby quilt.

9/24 - 9/30
Tuesday--Scrappy Sampler, Scrap Hexies
Thursday--gift, Color Palette hexies
Friday--Color Palette hexies
Saturday--Color Palette hexies
Sunday--Color Palette hexies, gift
Monday--Color Palette hexies, Uneven 9-Patch binding

  1. Great job on getting some sewing in every day. I'm sure the people receiving the gift will really appreciate them!

  2. Another week of 7 out of 7! Sometimes all you get is small snippets of time, but even those help move projects along if you use them. Have a a great rest of the week.
