Last weekend included some good chunks of time for me to quilt, and I spent most of it prepping/cutting for my ongoing scrappy projects, plus made a start on the new pattern that I am testing, Honey Honey. I need to keep pushing ahead on that because we have a deadline of Oct. 24th. I am currently halfway done.
It was another good week, with 7 out of 7 days where I found at least 15 minutes for quilting. Most days include more than one project because I hand stitch hexies on the train to work, and then I sew a different project on my machine in the evening or on the weekend.

Wow! Another great week! I really like Honey, Honey. The color is great and that pattern is fun. Is it hard to piece?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say it is difficult, but it is slow going. It is foundation piecing, and I think I counted 44 pieces per block. Love the way it looks though!
DeleteWhat a wonderful design, and the colours are just stunning! Well done with all the sewing.
