For the first time in over a month, my stash report is very close to being back to even. I have more than 9 yards of fabric on the "used" side this week and no new additions to the stash.
The outgoing fabric included almost 3 yards for the border, back and binding on my recently finished Herringbone baby quilt.

I also used 1 yard to make a pillowcase from this wild print. This fabric was used for a quilt back several years ago, but the print is so large that it's hard to figure out anything else to do with it.
The largest amount to leave the stash was 5.25 yards donated to the quilt guild as a raffle prize. I bought these fabrics, which are part of the line "On the Sunny Side" by Connecting Threads, last December. There were 21 half-yard pieces, and I cut them all into fat quarters, keeping some for myself and donating the rest. The raffle prize proved to be very popular.

It feels good to see some significant movement on the stash report this week, and I am hoping to be back in the black by next Sunday.

That Herring Bone quilt turned out so well. Such pretty colors. Congrats on being almost back in the black on the stash front. I don't report my stash, but I do keep track. For the first time in like ten years, I have more out than in. Now to keep it that way! Congrats on all the stitching time too. Hope this week is another productive and fun one.
