I have no fabric usage to report this week, but I hope to soon. Long hours at work over the past month have left me with little energy or brainpower for quilting. Yesterday was the first Saturday in a month that we didn't work, and I wanted to make something quick and easy. I decided to make a zigzag pattern similar to Judy's Chevron Quilt. I am using bright colors to make a baby or kid's quilt. This is as close to instant gratification quilting as I've had in quite a while. I hope to finish the top today.

Hope work slows down for you soon. Love the vibrant colors you are using in your kids quilt. Hope you get to experience more instant gratification today.
ReplyDeleteI like children quilts in bright colors. Enjoy your creating time!
ReplyDeleteOh I would think your quilt would be great for a baby, too--all those bright colors--they love that!! Julierose
ReplyDeleteLove the dots. I feel your pain, have been working like that for almost a year.
