Seeing Stars

My current project for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge has been making more Ribbon Star blocks in yellow, our color for the month of June. I finished 9 blocks this week and have 10-12 more in the works.

A few days ago I had an email that included a link to the Benartex Fabrics blog and their free e-magazine "Modern by the Yard." I thought the cover quilt had to be shared with all of you lovers of rainbow scrappiness. Go to their blog HERE to download this issue or any of the previous four issues of the e-zine.

I am linking up with the Rainbow Scrap Challenge on Saturday and at Oh Scrap! over at Quilting is more fun than Housework on Sunday. Be sure to check out all of the wonderful scrappy projects that everyone is sharing!

  3. Love the friendship stars with the coloured triangle corners for a whole new Ribbon stars block. I got a risky visit to the ezine site. Did anyone try it?

  6. I just realized that your Rigbon Stars are identical to Cathy Z's Friendship Stars and they look so easy to make. How large are your finished blocks? I'm thinking it would be another good RSC17 project for me. Thanks for the referral to Benartex.
