Stash Report and Stitching Time 3/6/2022

This week's stash report shows movement both in and out of the stash. The addition to the stash came from a pack of fat quarters, all in different shades of purple, thanks to the new Solid Fat Quarter Club at the Fat Quarter Shop. I've been interested in working with solids more, and this seemed like a good way to get a wide variety of colors.

As for the stash usage, I can finally share a recent secret project. This is the wallhanging that I made for my guy Ed's birthday. It is a variation of a pattern called Interwoven, and it finished at 22" square. I used 1.625 yards of fabric for the top, backing and binding of this quilt.

Interwoven, 22" square

Interwoven was made to hang in a bathroom that we renovated last summer. The bathroom is all done in black and white tile.

2022 STASH TOTALS
Used last week:          1.625 yards
Used year to date:      15.25 yards
Added last week:          3.00 yards
Added year to date:      9.75 yards
Net used in 2022      5.50 yards

Kate's 15 Minutes to Stitch Challenge at Life in Pieces has us tracking how many days each week we get in at least 15 minutes of stitching time. We had a busy week, and it was a challenge to get my 15 minutes every day, but I managed to squeeze it in, sometimes late in the day.

15 Minute Challenge for 2022:
2/27 - 3/5           7 of 7 days
2022 Total       64 of 64 days

Happy quilting everyone!
