Purple Sampler Blocks

We have been working with our purple scraps this month for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. Last week I concentrated on making my blocks for Angela's Hen & Chicks Sampler. These are blocks # 9 - 12 in both 3" and 6" finished sizes.


The month of March is slipping by very quickly, and I still have a couple of other RSC projects to complete before the end of the month.

    That background rainbow dot fabric is perfect for tying together a variety of blocks in design, scale and color.

    Very pretty purple blocks. Wonder what they will become! 3" finished!!! NO. That is torture!!!!

    Purple has been a very rewarding color for March! Matches the hyacinths in Mom's yard.

    Lovely blocks, and a wonderful variety of purples! I'm with Preeti on the 3 in. blocks, great to look at but too tough for me!
